Dynamic Advertising wants your online shopping experience with us to be as pleasant as possible. Below we have outlined the following policies by which we conduct business online. 1. How much time does it take from the beginning of a job until completion? The amount of time until completion depends on the type of job. Window signs can have a turnaround time in under a day, whereas circulars can take up to a week to design, proof, print, and deliver.
2. Why do you require an electronic proof? The electronic proof gives you, the customer, assurance that the job will turn out as expected. This proof will either be available on our secure FTP site or sent via e-mail. We will be able to correct typographical errors, incorrect graphics, and minor font changes.
3. What kind of equipment do you use? A. Dynamic Advertising Company, Inc. uses state of the art equipment, including two HP large-format printers (HP Z6100 and HP Z6200) that deliver stunning quality banners and window signs with a quick production time.
4. Can you take digital pictures for use in my advertising project? Yes, we have brand new digital photography equipment which means the best possible quality for your print job. One of our experienced photographers can come directly to your business or home and take as many pictures as are needed for your job.
